1. With foot flexed back/upwards, place
base of fan shaped tape over heel with moderate stretch.

2. Extend each tail over bottom of foot
while bending toes back to stretch arch muscles. Use moderate to strong stretch.

3. Place one end of an I strip at middle
of outside edge of foot. With foot relaxed, extend tape over arch toward inner side of foot, adding moderate stretch.
